PAX GO is a Web3 lifestyle and move-to-earn application operated by PanaxGo Lab Limited ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). Users of the App may accumulate rewards and digital assets by walking, jogging, or running outdoors.
This Terms of Use applies specifically to the PAX GO mobile application (Package Name: com.app.pax.go) distributed through Google Play under the developer account "Jeongho Seo" and other supported platforms.

PAX GO uses background location access only during active exercise or movement tracking sessions initiated by the user.
This allows the App to continue accurately tracking movement, distance, and reward calculations even when the device screen is locked or when the user is multitasking with other applications.
Background location data is not used for advertising, profiling, or unrelated tracking purposes.
