M2E Specific Information: We also collect information about your location and physical movements (step-count, GPS/Cell-ID location, etc.) in order for the App to function properly and to monitor and verify forms of eligible movement. You may turn location monitoring on and off using your device settings; however, if you disable this functionality, we will not be able to collect movement data, which will prevent tracking and/or conversion of your movement into rewards.
We may collect personal information in the following ways:
Information you give us: By creating an account, linking social media, granting consent to access your device's microphone/camera/photo albums, or contacting our customer support.
Information collected automatically: Technical information including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, time and date of access, duration of use, and user activity logs.
Sensitive Information: We will only collect sensitive information (e.g., health or biometric data) with your explicit consent and where reasonably necessary for the provision of our services.

Background location access is used only during active exercise sessions
to track movement, calculate distance, verify exercise activity, and
generate movement-based rewards.
Background location access is activated only during active exercise or
movement tracking sessions initiated by the user. Even when your device
screen is locked or when you are multitasking with other applications.
We do not use your background location for advertising or profile
targeting.
We generally do not disclose your personal information to third parties, except in the following circumstances:
As required by law: To comply with any legal or regulatory obligations, including the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) regulations.
Service Providers: To our external service providers, such as cloud hosting, data analysis, payment processors, and advertising networks, on a strict confidential basis.
Business Transfers: If we buy, sell, or merge any business or assets, your information may be disclosed to the prospective buyer or seller.
Security: We maintain commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and physical security measures to protect your information. Cryptographic protocols protect your digital wallet and financial data during transmission.
Cross-Border Transfers: Because we utilize global IT services and cloud platforms, your personal information may be stored or transferred outside your country of residence, including to the British Virgin Islands and other locations. By using our services, you consent to this transfer.
Retention: We will keep your information only as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was originally collected, after which it will be safely deleted.
Our App and website use "cookies" to remember who you are, verify transactions, and deliver a better and more customized service. If you disable cookies, you may not be able to fully use some of our services.

We provide you with the ability to delete your account and associated personal data at any time.
How to request deletion: You can submit an account deletion request directly within the PAX GO App settings by navigating to your Profile/Account configurations and selecting "Delete Account". Alternatively, you can request data deletion via our web portal by completing the form available at https://panaxdevsquad.com/delete-account.
Data Retention Upon Deletion: Following an account deletion request, your identifiable personal information (such as your name, email, IP address, and historical precise GPS location traces) will be safely deleted or permanently anonymized from our active databases within 30 days.
Please note that public blockchain data (such as wallet history, distributed ledger transactions, and ownership structures of Shoe NFTs or PGT/PGC transfers) is immutable and cannot be altered or removed by us. Additionally, certain transaction logs or financial records may be retained for longer periods to comply with the legal and AML/CTF obligations outlined in Section 5 of this policy.
